If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request to return an item for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. The returns address is TP Toys, 11 Enterprise Way, Flitwick, Bedford MK45 5BX.
Returns must be sent in the original packaging. Goods are required to be in the original saleable condition. It is your responsibility to ensure that your items are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, we will charge you a reasonable sum for the reduction in value the goods have incurred.
If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery and notify us within 24 hours. If the damage is not visible until you open your parcel, please notify us within 48 hours. Please check all contents of your order on receipt of goods. We are unable to accept returns of goods damaged in transit unless you notify us within 7 working days of receipt of your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item you may return this item to us, in the original packaging, in accordance to your statutory rights. All items will be inspected and if deemed faulty we will replace or refund accordingly. Please see below information regarding your return.
Dreamlite Pillow Pets & Glow Pets
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty Dreamlite or Glow Pet, we recommend that you check the following prior to contacting Pillow Pets or returning your items.
We recommend -
- Brand new AAA Batteries are tested with the item; if these fail to work we recommend trying a different brand of batteries. This usually resolves any queries.
- Please ensure that the battery cover on the back of the product is screwed on securely.
- Use x 3 AAA Batteries.
- Please press the button on the front of the Dreamlite several times to ensure that the goods do not work.
- Please press the labelled paw of the Glow Pet to check whether the item works.
If the above recommendations fail please contact us at Pillowpets@tptoys.com. We will provide you with a free returns address for your faulty item on the basis that the above recommendations have been followed. All goods must be returned in the original packaging in a saleable condition.
In the event that we receive an item back via Freepost that is deemed not to be faulty, a £2.88 postage charge will be made to your order.
At this stage we can either issue a refund minus this charge or resend the goods, which will incur a further postage charge of £3.99.
Goods must be received back in a Saleable condition and in the original packaging or subsequent charges will be made to cover the cost of returning the goods to you. We regret in the instance goods are received back in an unsaleable condition we will be unable to issue a refund for the order.
